We are constantly adding to it and would love suggestions of anything we are missing, even some obscure bad guy or girl that we might not have put in here. Lau

Lau was a Chinese crime lord.He has hidden Gotham National Bank's money and fled to Hong Kong in an attempt to preempt Gordon's plan to seize their funds and hide from Dent's jurisdiction. He was burned alive on a mound of US dollars by the Joker.

Maxie Zeus

Suffering from the delusion that he is the avatar of the supreme Olympian god Zeus, Maximilian "Maxie" Zeus, an insane deranged gang leader, forms a cult-like gang of henchmen to do his bidding making him a powerful figure in the Gotham City criminal underworld. Later, he was sent to Arkham Asylum, where he remains until escaping to form a team of superhuman agents, the New Olympians.

Mad Hatter

Obsessed from a young age with Lewis Carroll's book "Alice in Wonderland", Jervis Tetch, a technical and electronic genius, believes that he is the the Mad Hatter. Using his hypnotic skills for mesmerism, this delusional psychotic Mad Hatter has committed many crimes, often themed around the book that inspired him and his love of hats and headgear, going so far as to plant his hats, ranging from pith helmets to bowlers, with mind controlling microchips stored within hats to stimulate brain waves.

Black Mask

Roman Sionis, a former sociopath business executive who originally hated Bruce Wayne rather than Batman, wears a black wooden mask carved from his fathers grave for an extra splash of creepiness and leads the cult-like society of False Facers. Later in his life, he became a mob boss controlling large sections of Gotham City's criminal underworld.

Killer Croc

Killer Croc is a half-man, half-reptile who has crocodilian abilities, such as a keen sense of smell and the ability to hold his breath underwater for long periods of time. He is a former crocodile wrestler turned into a criminal deformed by a birth defect who wants to submerge all of Gotham in water in order to facilitate his plundering of the city.

Cluemaster

The Cluemaster ( Arthur Brown's alter ego) is a Gotham criminal who tried to figure out the secret identity of Batman in order to gain a fighting edge. As a criminal mastermind he becomes known for psychotically leaving clues for Batman and the police.

Calculator

The Calculator is the alter ego of Noah Kuttler who is a mathematical genius ,a computer expert and superb strategist. He uses a battlesuit with a large calculator in the chest area to accurately predict the actions of his opponents.

Spellbinder

Spellbinder is the alter ego of Delbert Billings, a pop art forger with no secret identity who later on decided to put his talents to use as a supervillain hypnotizing people into seeing realistic illusions.

Ace

Ace is a member of the Royal Flush Gang, which is group of card-themed supervillains. Amos Fortune became Ace, but later retired and was replaced by an unknown man.

Actuary

While the villainous Actuary has only appeared a total of four times in the Batman comics, the character still remains one of Penguin's employees who was important enough to have his own code name, thus being called "Actuary" throughout the length of his comic book appearances.

Ra's Al Ghul

Ra's al Ghul (Demon's Head) is a radical international eco-terrorist who has been around for 600 hundreds years. He believes that the evils of humanity are a blight on our planet, and seeks to restore nature to the dominion abridged by the human race, creating a better world where he would rule through whatever means he deems necessary to achieve his twisted vision of a new utopian society.

Catman

Thomas Blake ( Catman ) is a world-famous trapper of jungle cats like his sadistic father.After getting bored of hunting and having depleted his wealth, he became a burglar who committed crimes wearing his catsuit made out of African Cloth.

After years of defeat, he retired from being a criminal and went to Africa to live among lions. Later on, he became one of the members of the Secret Six to track down the ruthless killer of his pride of lions.

Calendar Man

Julian Day (Calendar Man) is known for doing crimes that always have a relationship to the date that they are committed. Apparently, he is fascinated by dates and calendars that he would almost assign literal meanings to each day.He often wears different costumes which correspond to the significance of the date to kill his innocent victims for fun.

The Riddler

Edward Nigma is a sane criminal trickster who has a strange intense obsessive compulsion to challenge Batman by leaving odd riddles as clues to his crimes. His compulsion stems from parental abuse when he was still a young boy. He is one of the few villians that knows Batman's identity, but doesn't tell it to anyone.

Henri Ducard

Henri Ducard is one of the many people who trained Batman and his story has many different versions depending on what media he is in.

He was introduced originally in Detective Comics 599. While Bruce was on his journey discovering himself and learning the many martial arts and other skills necessary for his vengeance he came across Henri Ducard. Ducard become one of the greatest trainers for Wayne. He was an excellent martial artist and a master detective.
